We are currently looking for a functional analyst to work in an agile environment as part of a scrum team. As functional analyst, you will be responsible for translating requirements into a functional design.

Your responsibilities as a functional analyst

• Translating vague requirements into a functional design
• Taking ownership of the quality of the functional solution
• Identifying and proposing improvements to the existing functional design
• Communicating with your stakeholders and the scrum team

What we expect from you as our functional analyst:

• You have previous experience of agile methods and frameworks such as scrum, kanban or safe.
• Excellent communication skills will help you to explain your functional design, to share your knowledge with the team and to better understand your stakeholders’ requirements.
• A proactive and assertive disposition and not fazed by stimulating change.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience of BPMN and UML is a requirement.
• Technical experience or background is an asset.
